Glacier Confection selected the Archer Building in the Tulsa Arts District to serve as the home to their new hybrid bean-to-bar concept. The once blighted warehouse fronting Archer Street is now home to a mixed use of 35 art studios, 14 apartments, and almost a dozen retailers totaling 72,312 square feet.
The new space features front-of-house dining space and back-of-house production facility. The use of space includes a bar, chocolate production rooms, and an area to teach chocolate-making classes. The production rooms have floor-to-ceiling glass walls, visible from the large, circular bar and teaching area.
